Many business complaints, why dwelling time down but logistics costs have not gone down yet? One of them is because there is a penalty rate and progressive accumulation in one port line which the percentage is very burdensome owner of goods. “This is what we have to do first,” he said.

Based on Permenhub No: 72/2017, he added, the service tariff class at the port should be determined based on the type of service, facilities, and equipment available in the terminal.
The tariff category based on the type of service at the terminal that is multipurpose (multipurpose), container, liquid / gas, dry bulk, vehicle, floating, dry port, and roll on-roll off or Ro-Ro.
