    JAKARTA – PT Angkasa Pura I has had several steps in anticipating the situation when Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali must be closed due to eruption of Mount Agung.

    Corporate Secretary of PT Angkasa Pura I Israwadi revealed that the company has three steps to anticipate when Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali must be closed.

    The first step regulates the flow of passengers inside the terminal by coordinating to Airlines by facilitating Help Desk Airlines.

    Then, set the passengers already inside to exit through another lane, preventing passengers from entering the terminal.

    Bali volcano evacuees outside danger zone told to go home

    More than 144,000 people have fled from a rumbling volcano on popular tourist island Bali, but officials Saturday urged evacuees who live outside the immediate danger zone to return home.

    Mount Agung, 75 kilometers (47 miles) from the tourist hub of Kuta, has been shaking since August, causing fears it could erupt for the first time since 1963 and triggering the highest possible alert level eight days ago.
